don’t go gentle into the night.
fight with all you have
strenght, laughter, love, resistence, kindness;
these are all weapons of humanity
weapons that wipe away oblivion.

don’t go gentle into the night.
make thyself hard to be grabbed from,
both behind, legs or front.
hold with thy teeth if needed
but don’t give them the pleasure
of sweeping you away
like a piece of dust.

don’t go gentle into the night.
you were conceived by collided galaxies,
stars that exploded,
ways, both milky and andomeda,
waves crashing
blue and green.
you are not just another brick
you, my dear
are a star.

don’t go gentle into the night.
explode like a supernova at its peak
be another Tsar on thy last trip.
don’t let them drag you,
make them fight for you
make them want to give up.

don’t go gentle into the night.
you are like a summer’s rain in a hot
weary, terrile day
where one cannot breathe or cannot feel, see
and then you just come
and make everyone believe again.

don’t go gentle into the night.
you are not allowed to leave
until you fulfill thy prophecy.
